Specification Representatives · Bay Area · Sacramento · Reno
Conduit Contract connects Bay Area architects and designers with specification-grade products built for commercial interiors. We don't just bring lines to market — we help the right materials find the right projects.
"The conduit between
vision and specification."
We work alongside architects and interior designers through the full specification process — from early concept to construction documents. Deep product knowledge, no shortcuts.
We dig into the details — application, environment, performance criteria, lead times — to ensure the proposed solution genuinely fits what the project demands. We act as an extension of your team, helping you validate decisions and navigate complexities from concept through installation.
Our commitment doesn't end at installation. Post-install questions, warranty issues, replacement needs — these are the moments most reps step back. We stay engaged for as long as you need us.
Conduit Contract is a Bay Area–based independent specification representative firm focused on architectural materials, surfaces, and contract-grade commercial furniture products.
We exist at the intersection of design intent and building reality — translating product knowledge into specified solutions that hold up through construction, budget, and time.
Our approach is consultative. We build long-term relationships with the design community because the best specifications come from a deep understanding of the project's requirements and the products best suited to meet them.
We know our lines deeply — the applications, the lead times, the edge cases. Our goal is to understand the design intent, project schedule, and budget so the right product finds the right project.
If a product or material isn't right for a project, we say so. In all circumstances we lead with transparency to ensure the most predictable outcome possible.
Bay Area · Sacramento · Reno — regionally focused. We show up — in studios, at job sites, and wherever we can add value and resources.
The spec isn't the finish line. We stay engaged through procurement, installation, and beyond. Projects succeed when continuity is ensured beyond the PO.
I founded Conduit Contract on a simple belief: the best rep is the one who's been on the other side of the table.
My background is in interior design — and over the course of twenty years I've worked across specification, material selection, and marketing professional design services, supporting firms in the pursuit of meaningful projects. Along the way I kept coming back to the same idea: I am the conduit between the designer and the manufacturer. My goal has always been to bring design visions to reality.
That belief is now the foundation of everything I do as a specification representative for the Bay Area, Sacramento & Reno A&D community.
Since 2014 I've volunteered with the IIDA Northern California Chapter — from city center involvement to the board level. It's been as fulfilling as it has been fun; being a broader support to the industry means seeing it from angles you don't get in day-to-day work. I've especially enjoyed supporting discussion panels reviewing installed projects — there's nothing quite like seeing how design decisions play out in a finished space.
If you're working on a project and looking for a rep who will be genuinely invested in its outcome, I'd love to connect. Get in touch and let's talk about how we can collaborate.
Every line we represent is selected for design integrity, commercial durability, and meaningful manufacturer support. These are products we believe in — which is why we can specify them with confidence.
